Ok I changed some stuff around and got it to work.
Now the strange part... The caller if they press # will ask ME who id
like to transfer to? :)
So if they accidently hit #, they get put on hold
Any ideas? :)

Hmm. Well, here's what I did. I modifited macro-stdexten so that the
dial command looks like this:
exten => s,1,Dial(${ARG2},20,tr) ; Ring the interface, 20 seconds
maximum
When the receiver of the call presses # and enters an invalid extension,
it seems to be announcing it was invalid to the person who pressed #,
and then *resuming the call* -- you haven't lost anybody.
