Please send me more details in order to help you.
It is probably a registration issue.
To dial DIAX you must the following line (or similar) in the extensions.conf
file:

1234,1,Dial(IAX2/name,30,tr)

where  '1234' is the extension allocated for DIAX
'name' is the registration username used for DIAX registration.
