As a redhat fan, I'd say Fedora.  With that said, I've got a DL380 running 
RH 8.0 (updated) that is rock solid with Asterisk.  I had to go the 
zaptelrtc route to get meetme working though.  ztdummy didn't work and I 
don't have any of the zaptel cards.  It works great though.
