[Asterisk-Users] Trouble emailing Digium

Is it just me or is everyone having problems with emailing digium?

I've tried sending two emails, but they keep getting returned with the
following errors:-

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<shipping at digium.com>
    (reason: 554 <shipping at digium.com>: Recipient address rejected: Relay
access denied)

   ----- Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to
digium.com.mail1.psmtp.com.:

<<< 554 <shipping at digium.com>: Recipient address rejected: Relay access
denied
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable
