I'm trying this on my analogue phone that are connected to asterisk via the 
tdm411b. I can see I have call waiting and can't do anything about it - 
pretty frustrating.

Yes, I figure I probably have to do something like this. Can someone post an 
example of how they do it. or show me a dialplan of how I can transfer a 
connected caller to a conference room to achieve the same thing etc.
