[Asterisk-Users] MySQL Realtime Driver

Maybe you could point me to the _detailed_ instructions on the wiki.
I appreciate the work that's been done. I'd just like to continue it
via documentation. A SQL dump or at least a table schema would be
beneficial as would be a sample configuration.
