[Asterisk-Users] MySQL Realtime Driver

Is there any documentation or insight on figuring out how to get
RealTime IAX set up?  I'm trying to do just that.  Also can do
separate peer/user configurations or just friends?  And how do you
configure the rest of the iax.conf information?
