If you're using G.711 make sure you've got silence suppression turned OF,
seems that the phone only receives rtp while sending it.

(or, do as we did, throw the OptiPoint out of the window :-))

Hi all,

 

i'm trying to configure MoH for OptiPoint400std SIP, but it doesn't work. If
i try with a softclient moh works fine. Somebody experience with
OptiPoint400? Is there additional settings on the Optipoint?

 

Any help would be much appreciated!!
