PA168s works with only the manufacturer who uses Pa168s firmware in the
Phone. At present the IP phone that works with this firmware 'PA168s' is
the one sold as ATCOM's OEM version netweb-301 and netweb-302

Your phone probably needs another version (PA168t, PA168d etc) of the
firmware. Check with your reseller or distributor or on the
Manufacturer's site.
