On most phones, yes it is possible. Don't be too tight with the number
of ports. Give the phone maybe a range of 50 ports or something, keeping
in mind that if udp port 12345 happens to be used by DNS (or whatever)
and 12345 is in your range for rtp, then rtp won't use that port if it
is in use by something else.
