Redhat kernel's, like most Linux distro vendors, contain around 200 
patches over the vanilla tree, including O(1) scheduler, VM system 
patches and the lowlatency patch.

You can find out the exaqct version etc by downloading the kernel SRPM 
that include the list of patches.
