You should not put the "press" or the number in the prompt.
Have them as separate sounds, that way, they are more generic.
EG:
Background(press-1-for)
Background(sales)
Background(and)
Background(service)
Background(department)
Background(press-2-for)
Background(Tech)
Background(support)
