[Asterisk-Users] Polycom caller id issues

Does anyone know how to set the Caller ID so that Polycom (IP500) phones
will be able to call them back out directly from the call list/history?
Right now it displays the proper name but the caller ID is always the
extension that is being called. EX: if call from external 555-5555 comes
in CIDNAME=Caller 555-5555 but the CIDNUM displays as <EXT>
