[Asterisk-Users] Playing Audio before the Phone is Ready

Yeah. First issue answer, then issue wait(2) to wait for tow seconds. If
you're worried some users will hear silence and hang up, then play music
or some tone (like at the airport) before playing what you actually
wanted.
