That should be enough.

You want TE (Terminal Equipment) mode if the PBX sees Asterisk as a
phone and NT (Network Termination) mode if the PBX sees Asterisk as the
ISDN network. In both cases, PMP (Point-to-MultiPoint) mode should be
used.
