Yes. We've seen this, as well as all the other indicators (LED and 
envelope icon on the display) not appearing/disappearing 100% reliably. 
It's especially noticeable when you have multiple phones registered to 
the same mailbox, with new messages in it, and not all of the phones 
show the MWI.
