Asterisk passes CIDName just fine (in my case CIDName and CIDNum are 
different) -- Firefly just does not pick up CIDNum (I'm using a blank CIDName 
in this case).  I know Asterisk passes CIDNum without Name just fine too, 
since that shows up fine on my Nortel system (PRI connection between * and 
Norstar).
