Thanks for all of the contributions.
I guess I'll have to junk the older phones and concentrate on getting
the chan_bluetooth stuff to work.
Looks like Friday afternoon will be:
Install bluetooth drivers
Install chan_bluetooth
debug config
repeat last step as necessary :-)
