[Asterisk-Users] Problem with Grandstream bt100

hi all

I was registering a bt100 with asterisk but can't do
it 
and then i restart the phone , then phone never come
back
the lcd is lit but in blank, and the four internal
leds are flashing.

some bady now what i can do to recover the phone?
