Hi Matthew,
From what I understand, the expiry time is set by the phone. If the phone
do not set the expiry time during registration, asterisk will use the
default time of 3600 seconds. I do not have Cisco phones, so you might want
to try to see if you can set the expiry time in the Cisco phone.
**Note: The above are base on my investigation done previously, please take
it with a pitch of salt.
Perhaps someone can verify my findings.
