Hmmmm.
What it actually doing .. going to default? on the primary number?

Try not using "default" as one of the dring contexts as you don't know
if it is going there as a result of the dring or the default "context="
line.

At least then you will know which aspect is failing. Other than that I
don't see anything wrong. I'd start checking spaces/tabs in the file,
etc.
