[Asterisk-Users] iaxtel and jitterbuffer

Does this also effect 1.0-RC2? I am having a similar issue at a
customer site over a frame relay network that is having occasional
choppy sound over a fairly open line, with the jitter buffer enabled,
as well as trunk=yes enabled.
