Hello Patrick,

Beside the correct NAT configuration on your Router you need the following
in the sip.conf:

register=sipgateid:password:@sipgate.de 

[sipgateid]
disallow=all                    ; Disallow all codecs
allow=alaw
allow=ulaw                      ; Allow codecs in order of preference
;allow=g729
secret=password
username=sipgateid
fromuser=sipgateid
fromdomain=sipgate.de
type=friend
host=sipgate.de
context=incomming
canreinvite=no
nat=1
