I've found that, depending on the version of Asterisk, you have to escape 
${CALLERID} differently.

As of 20040806 CVS HEAD I use \'${CALLERID}\'  -- It'd be nice to have the 
caller ID not use angle brackets.  :-)  I suppose I could just have it come 
up with ${CALLNAME} and ${CALLNUM} or something though...
