[Asterisk-Users] Howto do something after a Dial command is Answered?

ok, i will do another question:
1. how can i invite (call an arbitrarily number) someone to a conference  
room?
2. Is there a transfer method (different than # and extension) in which i  
will not be thrown out the line?
