  Is there any possible to add sip entry 7004 from CLI without open sip.conf

like

 [7004]
 type=friend
 username=7004
 secret=123
 canreinvite=no
 host=dynamic
 dtmfmode=rfc2833
 mailbox=11
 nat=yes
