Edit your voicemail.conf.

maxmessage = 600        ; time limit for messages (seconds)
minmessage = 3          ; minimum length of a message (seconds)
maxsilence = 10         ; stop recording after x seconds of silence
silencethreshold = 128  ; silence threshold (lower numbers are more sensitive)
