Brian,

While this will work (although I'm not sure if or what the limitation on 
number of tech/chan is in a single Dial command), it can get somewhat 
cumbersome to manage when you get past a certain number of phones you would 
like to ring.

I think most people would suggest using queues and agents as an option to 
create groups for answering calls like you mentioned below.

There is also the option of defining pickup groups (search wiki for 
pickupgroup), but that doesn't create a system to ring multiple phones, 
just allows other users to answer a phone that is ringing from any phone in 
the pickup group.
