actually, let me correct myself.   It's not a problem with IAX2, the 
problem is that your older system is still building and installing 
chan_iax, as well as chan_iax2, and iax1 is trying to bind to the same 
port as iax2 is already using.   If you comment it out, or leave it at 
5036, you should be fine.
