We're happy to block numbers and any numbers called can only be tried
once before they are locked as well. As I said earlier about this any
numbers locked need to send an email and dispute them.
We don't enjoy phone calls at 4am and I assume most other people don't
either, we've tried to make things as difficult for those wanting to
abuse a system as possible while still being useful.
