Hi John,
I think the theory is if we can get enough critical mass behind this and
have enough people sign up to this free service then it will have to be
implemented.

I think you were a little pessimistic in the middle of your email but I
think you hit the nail on the head, sign up for it as it will save you a
little money today and hopefully one day it will save you a lot of
money.
