This brings up an interesting question.

I tried the recipe in that message, and I keep getting this error  
message:

Apr  8 08:29:13 WARNING[360468]: pbx.c:1198 pbx_extension_helper: No  
application 'GotoIf($[$[${ENUM:0:3} = SIP] | $[${ENUM:0:3} =' for  
extension (all-access, 18005551212, 2)

I'm using the 3/27 CVS checkout.
