[Asterisk-Users] All calls go to Voice mail and never ring.

I'm starting to get this to work! Well I got Voice Mail to work!

All calls goes to voice mail without ringing the users phone (iaxComm).
Here is my iax.conf and my extensions.conf 

Any help would be great!!
