If you already get dialtone, you just need to setup the extensions

 

 

exten => 321,1,Dial(MGCP/aaln/1 at dlink,90,T)

 

exten => 322,1,Dial(MGCP/aaln/2 at dlink,90,T)

 

exten => 323,1,Dial(MGCP/aaln/3 at dlink,90,T)

 

exten => 324,1,Dial(MGCP/aaln/4 at dlink,90)

 

@dlink should be whatever you defined in the mgcp.conf
