[Asterisk-Users] IAX pass url to dialed extension Stage2

It is shortly explained in README.variables,  But for the general 
non-readers .....

> 1112,1,Dial(IAX/JGoff at 172.16.10.24|||http://localhost/bcs/callerid.php?phone=${CALLERIDNUM})

This pops an url to the IAX clients,  that queries our customer database 
for the client info .

There is also the availablity of ${CALLERID}  Name and Number
and ${CALLERIDNAME}  Name only.
