MP3Player is not the way to have Music on Hold... Please do a test in this
way:
exten => 2091,1,Answer
exten => 2091,2,Wait,1
exten => 2091,3,MusicOnHold,default
And the musiconhold.conf:
;
; Music on hold class definitions
;
[classes]
default => quietmp3:/var/lib/asterisk/mohmp3
;loud => mp3:/var/lib/asterisk/mohmp3
;random => quietmp3:/var/lib/asterisk/mohmp3,-z
