[Asterisk-Users] Festival on RH9?

Okay, the festival build with patches went fine, and starts fine.
I added 
 exten => 555,1,Festival,"Testing one two three."
When I dial extension 555, the CLI indicates:
    -- Executing Festival("SIP/3000-1d95", "You are calling.") in new stack
  == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/festival.conf':   == Parsing '/etc/asterisk/festival
.conf': Found

but nothing is heard on the C7960 phone.

Anyone have any ideas?
