On the subject of Asterisk in Australia, does anyone want to test my patch
for Australian ringtones? (as we all hate USA one). It's been sitting there
for over a month waiting for testing.

You'll also need to change your /etc/asterisk/indications.conf - under [au]
change every + to a *

If someone could tinker with the frequencies to get the ringtones just
right, I'd be grateful. The current values are close, but still noticely
off.
