This is how my iconnect incomming is setup.

register => 12047440600:1234 at 213.137.73.178/12047440600

in internal context I have

exten => 12047440600,1,Dial(SIP/1000)

Try simplifying your config first.

I'n not behind a NAT. I know the URL http://www.loligo.com/asterisk and I
setup like there and is the same :((
I use sipauth.deltathree.com witch is the IP from my sip.conf :)
