Unfortunately, as far as I know, Asterisk is the closest thing to that,
although the web/GUI interface stuff is basically lacking / non-existant
at this point, although I did see a screenshot of a GUI that was just
released, so some people are working on it.
I'd say, the fastest way you are going to get that is either: code it
yourself, or hire someone to code it for you. Asterisk has all the hard
stuff done, you just need to customize it.
Which is why I am learning to code, but I'm still a ways behind from
being able to turn Asterisk into that kind of thing.
