It's an SMP kernel on a Xeon (ht enabled) box. APIC is enabled. All the cards 
have been tested on the exact same hardware configuration.

I have no other motherboards available as our serverpark is based on the same 
hardware all the way.

But this is not the issue here. I've already contacted Digium about the irq 
issue and the E400P issue.
