[Asterisk-Users] unable to find path

You are using some kind of VoIP. I use SIP, so I'll use that as an
example. In sip.conf in the [general] section put in disallow=all and
allow=ulaw Restart Asterisk. The same would apply to iax.conf or any
of the other files.
