I tried that, it gives me the same error as if I hadn't edited the hosts
file.

"gateway timeout expired"

Its most likely on a name based virtual server.. edit your hosts file on 
your system and put somthing like..

64.65.102.50          www.voip-info.org

Then in your browser just goto http://www.voip-info.org
