In the actual version, DIAX can handle 2 lines exactly like a regular phone
with callwaiting support, without having the possibility to dial on both of
them.
You can answer a second call, switch between them with the SELECT button and
hangup the one you desired.
More, you have the REJECT option, then a bussy line is heard on the other
part, or enter the voicemail (busy)
I cannot imagine something simple than that for a regular user.
Is more like a regular analog phone.
Don't you think?
This is one of the main reasons that there is no multimple line version for
the moment.
I do not consider it practical for everybody.

You can do it even now. You set the username/password/ipaddress in the
config file through the interface and there is nothing to be done by the
user.
Zip everything and you're done.. just.. you need to wait till the release is
stable enough to be distributed..;-)
I will put an option to disable the registration menu using a special
parameter
in the configuration menu, edited by hand.
