[Asterisk-Users] Huge silence breaks between Cisco 7960 phone & X-Lite

"X-Lite" (build 1082 and possibly later) and "choppy sound": 
In X-Lite go to --> Advanced Setup --> Audio Settings -->
Silence Settings --> set "Transmit Silence" to "yes" to solve this
issue.
