First  cd asterisk/channels/h323 and eyeball the README. Then you need 
to spend some time reading:  http://www.openh323.org.

It all boils down to properly compiling PWLib, Open H.323 and compiling 
and installing chan_h323.

Find me, as JerJer, on IRC if u have trouble.
