[Asterisk-Users] fxs no dial tone on my USB device

This is the typical problem that lots of people have with the S100U.   
What I've done is rmmod all the modules and unplug/replug the USB 
device, run ztcfg, then start Asterisk.  This procdure works most of the 
time for me,  YMMV.
