[Asterisk-Users] To Ring or not to Ring

Got it working.

It was a "dip switch" setting.

It came to me with Option A on and B-D off.  (Lights all off when
channel not in use)

Switch that switch to All down and it works like a charm.  

Lights are all Green when channel is not in use and turn red when they
are in use.
