[Asterisk-Users] Are includes cumulative?

if I have the following..

[contextA]
include => contextB

[contextB]
include => contextC

[contextC]
include => contextD

[contextD]
exten=>1234....

Will exten=>1234 be availible in ALL contexts or contextC only??
