[Asterisk-Users] Host requirement?

Dear existing Asterix/WildCard Users.
 
We planning to by some WildCard  E400P, and use these with Asterisk. We
want make some scalable VoIP gateways. 
 
Please send some host requirement examples. (Or how can we calculate
it.)
Example: 
What host CPU is need to 120 ADCMP full-duplex concurrent channel.... 
...or G.723,  And so on...
